KUDAKA

Kudaka (久高島)

HD 6’17″

Naturally shaping the submerged peaks, the water is softly delineating scattered pieces of land.
We enter in relationship with the elements.
When the call of the phoenix rise and the clouds gain volume humans celebrate the place.
Offers and blesses are same simple hymns to the formless.
The white dressed women connect with water-air shaped stones and walk to pray at the sacred place.
They don’t cross the landscape they are in it, resembling the surrounding, natural order.
